KStrat @ Mulberry St. Library with SoHo Broadway Initiative

On December 18, Karp Strategies sat in on a community-oriented meeting at the Mulberry Street Library branch in SoHo. Hosted by the SoHo Memory Project, our clients from the SoHo Broadway Initiative served as panelists. The theme of the discussion was 'how to be a good neighbor' and the changing face of SoHo. Initiative representatives discussed founding the business improvement district and its unique, mixed constituency, where there is a 50/50 split between commercial and residential membership.
