August 2020 | The Future of LIC, Team News, and What We're Working On
This month, YourLIC (a consortium of four stakeholders: TF Cornerstone, MAG Partners, Simon Baron Development, and Plaxall), published the Long Island Mixed-Use District Study. Karp Strategies prepared the report, which assesses the feasibility of a mixed-use district with innovative programming and local economic development on a site in Long Island City, Queens. The comprehensive market analysis draws from commercial and industrial profiles, built environment assessments, national and international case studies, and research into the local culture, community, workforce development, and small business.
Check out the full study, our work on the project on our website, and our client's initiative for more information.
