Atlantic Shores, a joint venture between Shell New England and EDF Renewables, is developing an offshore wind farm off the coast of New Jersey. To support Atlantic Shores, Karp Strategies developed a robust stakeholder engagement strategy to execute transparent and effective engagement and conducted an analysis to understand the workforce and capacity-building needs for the construction and operations of offshore wind. Karp Strategies leveraged its extensive network and understanding of local policy and agency operations to inform other critical aspects of Atlantic Shores' work.
